Because these price changes happen quickly, we created a Price Match Policy so you can always shop confidently with us.

🛍️ 1. When You Can Request a Price Match

You can request a Price Match for the same item (same size, colour, variant) when you find it at a lower price through a publicly listed or verifiable source.

✔ Acceptable proof includes:

• A publicly listed price on a website

• A verifiable listing from a shop page

• A public quote message that shows:

• item name

• item price

• date or timestamp

The proof must be provided within 48 hours of the competitor price being listed.

❌ We cannot verify:

• Private sellers

• Accounts with no public listing

• Individual resellers

• Prices that are not currently available or cannot be confirmed

This is purely for fairness and transparency.

📦 2. Pre-Order Item Price Match

Price Match can apply to all pre-order items as long as:

• The competitor also offers the same item as a pre-order,

• The proof is valid and publicly verifiablez

• You are comfortable with the usual pre-order wait time.

If everything matches, we are happy to price match pre-order items.

🚚 3. In-Stock Item Price Match

For in-stock items, we offer urgent delivery, express shipping, and West End pickup — so we purchase stock ahead of time.

Price Match for in-stock items applies when the competitor:

• Has the same item in stock,

• In the same size and colour,

• Available to ship within 36 hours,

• With proof provided within 48 hours.

💗 Case-by-case consideration

Some Vietnamese brands run large discounts (40–70%) limited to pre-order customers.

Because these deals may involve long waiting times or low remaining stock, we will review these situations case by case to see if an in-stock price match can still be applied.

❌ 4. What Cannot Be Price Matched

To keep everything fair and transparent:

• Clearance items

• Very short flash sales (3–4 hrs)

• 24-hour limited deals

• Unverified listings

• Private sellers

• Prices for items that are actually unavailable

• Price differences caused by brand stocking errors

Once approved:

• The matched price will be held for 24 hours

• The item will be reserved for you during that time

• Please only request a price match if you are ready to purchase
