SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shipping prices are the same for in-stock and pre-order items. The delivery times above are for in-stock items. Pre-orders need extra time to reach us first (see below), so their delivery date may be later.

• FREE standard shipping applies to orders within Australia with 3 or more items priced over $35 each. It's applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Express shipping is not included in the free offer.
• We ship with Australia Post. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
• We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

In-stock (Ready to Ship) items
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays). Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days with Standard or 2 to 4 business days with Express. During sales and the Christmas rush, please allow a little extra time.

Pre-order items
Pre-order pieces are ordered from the brand in Vietnam just for you. Please allow 3 to 7 weeks for them to arrive, depending on the brand's production progress and international shipping. For the latest estimate on a piece, please check with us on Instagram @kandybunniez. We'll contact you if there are any delays.

Mixed orders (in-stock and pre-order together)
We hold the whole order and ship it together once your pre-order items arrive, so you only pay shipping once. If you'd like your in-stock items sent earlier, message us and we'll do our best to help.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our website currently takes orders within Australia only, but we ship worldwide! To order from outside Australia:

1. Send us a DM on Instagram @kandybunniez with the items and sizes you'd like.
2. We'll get back to you with a price check, including shipping to your country. International shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your parcel.
3. Once you pay, we'll send your order with tracking.

Duties and taxes: international orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs. These are the customer's responsibility unless we tell you otherwise. For the US, duties now apply to every parcel, whatever its value.

Exchanges and returns are available for Australian orders only (see our Refund Policy).

ADDRESS AND DELIVERY

• Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address, and re-sending costs extra.
• If you need to change your address, message us before your order ships.
• Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, we can't control delivery times, but we'll always help you chase a lost or delayed parcel.
• Parcels marked as delivered but not received need to be reported to Australia Post first. If you're worried about theft, we recommend using a Parcel Locker.
