Made-to-Measure

Some of our brands make every piece to order, so we can have it tailored to your measurements. Look for Custom (Made-to-measure) in the size options. If you don't see it, that item can't be made to measure.

AT A GLANCE

  • Free when your bust, waist and hips are each under 100cm.
  • Over 100cm, or need extra length or changes? We'll quote the small difference before anything is made.
  • Adds about 1 to 2 weeks to the usual pre-order wait.
  • Final sale: made-to-measure pieces can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged once ordered.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Choose Custom (Made-to-measure) as your size and check out as normal.
  2. Within 48 hours, message us on Instagram @kandybunniez with your order number and measurements (see below). We'll help if you're unsure how to measure.
  3. If anything costs extra, we'll send you a secure invoice for the difference. Nothing is ordered until you've paid it.
  4. We send your measurements to the brand, they make your piece, and it comes to us and then to you.

We only place your order with the brand once we have your measurements, so please send them as soon as you can.

WHAT TO MEASURE

  • Bust: around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
  • Under-bust: just under your bust (for corsets and fitted tops).
  • Waist: around the narrowest part of your waist.
  • Hips: around the fullest part of your hips.
  • Height, and your preferred length for dresses, skirts and pants.

Measure over light underwear, with the tape snug but not tight. A photo of the tape on each measurement helps us double-check.

COSTS

  • Bust, waist and hips all under 100cm: no extra cost.
  • Any measurement over 100cm, extra length, or design changes: the brand charges for extra fabric and work, and we pass on only that difference. We'll always tell you the cost first.

RETURNS

Because your piece is made just for you, made-to-measure orders are final sale and can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged. If your item arrives faulty or doesn't match the measurements you sent, message us within 3 days of receiving it, with photos and your unboxing video, and we'll make it right.
