WRONG OR FAULTY ITEMS
If we sent you the wrong item, we'll swap it. Message us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and an unboxing video (one uncut video from the sealed parcel, showing the label and the items). Faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law, see section 5 of our returns & exchanges policy.
We may end a sale early if stock sells out.
